Especially from companies that are still learning how to use these platforms to &#039;engage&#039;.

Who &#039;engages in social media&#039;? It makes it sound as though there&#039;s something wrong with being a part of it.

To be in social media is to just use it like everyday things...it&#039;s not a statement. When companies understand that, they&#039;ll have a better foothold.</description>
